I Want To Start A New Business? Can U Help Me?

My brother is running a business in small level.I like to expand it,but with a small investment.I think there is no need of high investment for that.But i need a complete basic plan to start or expand it freshly.What is the basics?

    The basic requirement is a well-thought-out business plan. Be clear about your objective and the strategy you'll use to get there. Then see if you can estimate how long it will take you to reach the goal and the likely investment that will be required.

    Not as useful if you aren't in the States, as it has a lot tat is specifically aimed at how to deal with the government requirements of starting a business, and those would be different in other countries.

    The business plan suggestion is very good. The book would cover a lot on how to do that, but you can also do it yourself. In creating a business plan, you should ask the right questions you need to answer the question of how to grow and how much funding you would need.
