I have recently set up a Linked In account and see the potential in having the page but i just looking for some ideas or help on the best way to use it to both grow my contacts lists and gain more business from it?

One great way to meet more like minded people and grow your contacts is to participate in groups - discussions, learn about local IRL events.

Also, post and answer questions on LinkedIn. I've learned much and made valuable contacts that way.
