Mobile Marketing Vendors

Does anyone know of any good mobile marketing vendors? Most of the companies I am finding do opt-in messages so that you can build a database of phone numbers- I'm looking for a company that already has a database of cell numbers

    Sounds like the wild west days of email spamming in the late 90's unless I totally read this wrong.

    You're trying to tap into a list where people haven't opted into your campaign?

    (just kidding)

    If you cannot pique your prospect's interest enough to get them to opt in, you're never going to sell them something.
