Recommendation For Marketing Calendar Software?

Hi,
I work for a real estate development company and we are looking for a new program to write and organize our marketing calendar. We are currently using Reel Logix calendar planner standard, but it is not fulfilling our needs. We need a program that will…
-Color coordinate by communities
-Show day, week, Month and year views
-Add up the inputted costs of various marketing events and advertisements
-Be able to print only certain classifications of events at a time ( i.e. all red events, all blue events, all green advertisements, ect.)
-be able to spread events along several days
-Show holidays and repeat events.

If anyone has any ideas for a program that would fit these needs it would be much appreciated.

    Looks like this was the wrong place to ask that question. We don't usually have experts with the kind of specialized knowledge your question requires.

    I would suggest you look at places where you might get freeware, like www.download.com and search there. Sometimes, you can find what you are looking for.
