Where? What do you know about how professional hairdressers make purchase decisions for the products they use/sell? Where/how do they get their information and their products? Are there strong distributors?

Your marketing strategy should be driven by the unmet needs of your target audience. After all, if you are not giving them something they want/need, you're not likely to sell very much to them. Maybe the first step in your marketing plan would be to talk to a dozen professional hairdressers serving the market you want to penetrate. Second on the list would be the distributors who sell stuff to them already.

If you structure your interviews right, you'll get lots of good input from those folks. Don't try to sell them anything. Just ask high-gain questions, listen carefully to their responses, and take detailed notes.

Focus on the student hairdressers (and their beauty schools). These are the people likely to be open to trying new products and having an "edge" over their competition. If your product provides "the edge", then make that your USP and target them.

Maybe you can offer free haircuts or hairstyling to the first 100 customers. That way, they'll get to have an experience of your services, and if you're good, they can refer you to their friends.
