Commercial Janitorial Business

we are a small minority janitorial company out of maryland. we would like to know what will be the most effective way for us to grow our business?

    1) Go door to door and ask for the business. Easiest thing is to call on the people right next door.

    2) Look up the companies that have diversity initiatives. Approach them as a way of helping them achieve their goal.

    In addition to the super ideas provided, consider contacting the commercial real estate property managers (both in person, snail mal and email) of ryour pitch; check with your local newspaper(s)--and television news stations-- to see if their editorial schedules plan to focus on area minority businesses; speak at Rotary, Lions, etc. clubs; chamber of commerce--or become a member; connect with local municipal economic development group so they know who you are and what you can do.
