We have a client that is interested in staging their own virtual career fair. The idea is that they would have an online exhibit hall and invite organizations to buy virtual booths. Each org could setup their "booth" with their own logos, etc. Registrants can attend the fair and enter a specific booth they're interested in (their info would be sent to the booth company), and they could 'pick up' information from that booth, etc.

Does anyone have success working with a company or application that facilitates these types of events? A few things that will be important are: cost, simple registration, and the ability to market the job fair through the software effectively (ie email invitations, reminders, and follow up). It would also be helpful if it included a survey functionality so we can poll attendees and improve the job fair for following ones. Also, reporting abilities – so we can track the effectiveness.
