It depends on a few things: the quality/content of the clips and the specific audience. Is the audience searching for your 'potential' client's message or is the client hoping to educate people about the need? Financial Directors are likely to better respond to case studies showcasing the bottom-line benefit you bring. Also, rather than hope that these people find you, why not directly communicate with them? For example, send them a DVD or a flash drive containing the video clips with your case studies.

a big thank you for your comments/advice on the best use of video clips from Seminars and events. Clearly video is growing in popularity and from your comments top executives prefer video over text. The key is to provide content which is appealing and encourages the recipient to seek out more information. I'm now investigating the best way to use this medium on mobile/smart phones as the target audience are big users of this hand held device. One again thank you for your help.

I'd also add that if you're going to put your clips on the web, use YouTube and transcribe them with www.speakertext.com No one has time to watch 3/5/15 minute clips. Help your audience consume the content quickly by giving them multiple forms of media. You'll get some SEO kick too.
