National Tourist Boards Seeking New Practices.

Scandinavian Tourist Board needs your help to improve and reform its business practice. Your input will form part of creating a total new tourism industry paradigm. Tourism Next Practice is an initiative by Soren Leerskov, 16 years the CEO of Scandinavian Tourist Board Asia/Pacific (owned by the national tourist boards of Denmark, Norway and Sweden). STB develops and promotes tourism to Scandinavia in Asia and Pacific on behalf of the Scandinavian travel trade and official stakeholders. Our vision is to innovate the tourist board’s marketing and communication strategies and align these to a new marketing paradigm resulting from the impact user generated content, social media and other web 2.0 technologies have on the travelers’ decision-making processes. This initiative aims at soliciting truly innovative ideas and concepts on a new practice for marketing and communication strategies from a broad range of professionals, academics and innovation savvy individuals.
