Huh? What kind of template? What media partnership?

I don't understand what you're trying to accomplish or what you really need (or whether a template is the right solution, if it even exists).

Thank you for your responses. Let me give more information. There are several media outlets that the magazine I work for wants to form partnerships with. Most of them are internist sites that deal with music, movies and cultural events. We want to have our on banner on their site and exchange content and information.
