Know-How Exchange : Social Media

Has anyone had any success with using social media in the legal world? I would be interested to hear how attorneys are using twitter, blogging, facebook, linkedin to help build relationships with potential clients and developing a communication strategy around the firm's brand.

Along the same lines, is anyone using web analytic to track traffic on their law firm's website and how it can improve practice group descriptions.
