How To Make A Professional Tire Guide Magazine

I need help about make Tire tool magazine which more like professional tire shopping guide book, the target audiences are auto repair shop technician or mechanic and end user(owners), To mechanic or technician which can Provide them with professional knowledge of tire accessories, more like tool magazine then can recommend a tire for the needs of customers.

To owners which can help them choice the right one or these information for them reference, of course except OE.

Q1: How to classify the data for the tire?

Q2: They must be a same magazine or two magazine (Classified according to different target audiences).

Q3: How to do it can let mechanic often use this tire magazine?

    I agree with Phil - would need more info to be useful.

    On Q2 I agree it should be 2 - as what the shop needs to know and what the end user needs to know are different.

    You may want to check out the book Starting and Running a Successful Newsletter or Magazine by Cheryl Woodard. It's a Nolo Press book, and I think you would find it pretty useful.

    Actually, The magazine's first foothold is: increase the maintenance terminal to the owners of convincing. I just think it may also be useful to the End user, if impossible it's ok.

    I think my last question means how the operation of the market or how to edit the content of magazine can increase the visibility of this publication, or maintenance of the terminal and the distributor is widely accepted and used?

    Can recommend any of the authoritative journal tires let me reference?
