Creating A New Position - Job Proposal

I am looking for a sample/template on how to develop a professional proposal. I would like to develop a position for myself as a professional coach for the field team and the organization. I will be certified within the next few months as a professional/personal life coach. This proposal will be written for our CEO, President, VP of People and RVP of Stores.

    I'd suggest you use the general format outlined in Rasputin For Hire (https://bit.ly/k3Z7m). Of course that is for an outside consulting job, but the vast majority of the actual content will be the same.

    Appendix B in that book (pages 175-185) contains a sample proposal in full detail, and you can use it as a template for your proposed new position.

    Chapter 6 contains a discussion of each major section in the proposal, so you can draw the parallels between your situation and the general case laid out in the book.
