I work for an engineering company. The main part of my job is preparing proposals for RFPs from cities, counties, state, and federal agencies. These proposals usually require listing several projects that reflect our experience.
We have hundreds of projects, and I need a good way to store them. Ideally, I’d like a software package that enables me to store project details (client, cost, dates, description, location, photos, etc.) in some sort of database, but then search for them by criteria and enter them into a word document fairly easily. Currently, all of our information is in an Access database, but I haven’t figured out how to link photographs to the entries. I just feel like there must be a better solution out there.
So, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
