Hi Sandra! Great webinar, even if it was a bit late over here in GMT+2 land :).

I would like to ask, to what degree you think the specificity of a launch (a brand line or single product as opposed to an entire company) impacts the effectiveness of a social media launch. We are in the midst of evaluating our first serious foray into social media, and this is weighing heavily on my mind.

    Kind regards,

    Ryan

    Ryan,

Sorry for the delayed response. I think you can have a successful campaign at either the brand or product level as long as you have a strong plan and know what it is you are trying to accomplish. The more specific the call to action the better results you will see whatever the campaign may be focused around.

    I hope this helps.

    ~ LaSandra
