Promotional Marketing

we have a company that specializes in custom printed balloons. Right now the only way we market is through PPC online. Its working well but we would like to have multiple streams of marketing. Besides a mailer I am not sure of many things I can do? I am no marketing expert so any help would be appreciated! THANKS

    Can you share your website address with us? You can search engine optimize your website and perhaps try using social media - but to give specific advice it would help to see your website.

    I would suggest sending a balloon to all the companies in your area - people love receiving novel things and you can attach a business card to the balloon with a special offer or a discount. The Marketing Manager or Owner, just make sure you get the balloon to the decision maker. Promote special days i.e. Valentines, Mothers Day etc, Womens Day. The companies can either decorate their shop windows, or give a balloon away with a lucky number inside.

    Add some pictures of your finished product to your site, especially to your home page. You should clean-up your site a bit too, i.e., many links simply go back to the home page, entire sections of information are missing...

    Also, do you ship outside your immediate area? Do the balloons arrive inflated or flat? Can you get a few testimonials on how wonderful your product is? Do you build custom arrangements?

    In addition to SEO, I suggest approaching local event planners, banquet halls, country clubs, large churches, community groups and their facilities, etc. -- any one/place that facilitates or holds larger events. It'll help you get the smaller orders too.
