i am setting up a marketing company in my country, i just graduated with an mba from a school in europe. i want to work with my first client, it is an international company hoping to get into my country market. what are the steps i should carry to execute these job well so i can lauch into a brand career

    In my opinion, this is well outside the scope of what "should" be expected in an advice forum. I would suggest you contact someone directly if you are serious in undertaking such a project.

    To properly answer the question, there is an incredible amount of detail required that I would advise against posting here. You need to work closely with a professional to determine the steps, as well as an execution plan. And remember, if you expect to get paid as a result of using their advice, you should expect to pay to hear it.

    I wonder if that makes sense for you to set up some sort of partnership or joint venture arrangement with an established marketing company for this first project. Fortunately for you, there are many professionals on this forum who have quite a bit of experience in international marketing.
