How can I generate reports to forecast sales, trends of our customers, and evaluate if our marketing campaigns are effective? I am using an open source crm software (starting out) that doesn't provide any of these capabilities.

I have the Microsoft office package; word and excel. So whatever I use have to be compatible with Microsoft.

Also, if someone knows of a good crm software that is affordable, and the company's support department can customize it for us pretty reasonably ... I'm open for suggestions?
