How To Survive "hump Day" In The Bar Business?

I work in a bar and Wednesdays seem to be the bane of our existence. What can we do to draw people in on Hump Day????
We are a small neighborhood Gay bar. We show music videos, have a dart board, bowling and trivia machines, and are open till 4 am.
We do ok after 2 am but need to get an early crowd.
We have $3.00 well drinks on special.
That's the scenario...HELP!!!!

    Start a hump day party with some other sort of special than your standard and maybe some events.

    What about adding food, to help get an earlier crowd?

    Or adding a band or live music?

    Or something different, like contests, open mic, karaoke, etc.
