Promotional Ideas For Flabour Vodka Shots

Hi,
I have recently started working for a chain of vodka bars at their head office, marketing department. My boss has asked me to come up with ideas on how to increase sales on the shots. They have 30 different flavored vodka which are normally served as shots. They sell well on weekends when is busy but not so well during the week. My job is to increase sales during the week on these flavours. They happen to be a USP for the company as no other vodka bar makes them. Home made.
My first idea is to use flavours as part of a cocktail or make some offers for when customers purchase food.
I need more ideas please! I need to impress this guy.

    Create pairing menus. Figure out which vodkas enhance certain meals (and vice versa) and sell the "package".

    Place a color and personality with each shot. For instance, a Fiesty Fiego (which would be red and cinnamon), Blue Balls, etc.
