Know-How Exchange : Strategy

I am in the process of writing up a game play to copywrite and trademark. Gameplay involves face-to-face encounters within an social environment that is beneficial to the whole family, i.e. Jumpers for Juniors, vendors/sponsors describe current health benefits and coverage's, endurance competitions for the Athletic, etc..
Now to promote my game play I am offering to travel to various Big Cities and Major Metropolises, arrange sponsorships, and offer the actual gameplay for free. For 1 weekend, 3 Days, Starting Friday till Sunday.
Also within this gameplay one would have opportunities for promotional items such as gift cards of varying amounts and a small central purse for the victor.
On a magnitude of this scale what should I be asking from sponsors? From the manufacturers who would have an direct benefit? From potential media sponsors?
