Now I gotta look at the bigger picture like managing the brand, how do we focus on niche markets (CEO's, CFO's) and get them interested, direct marketing (emails, cold calls), etc. It just seems like its not enough, we're not getting a lot of buyers. The service we provide is great, and we get positive feedbacks. Just that we only get contract work, and not a lot of repeated work due to the nature of our service.
The website does look really low-budget. Should I start by changing the website and initiate a makeover of the website? I have nods coming from my manager, however, still not fully confident that this will help. And plus, audit companies are pretty boring. Our larger competitors usually have a broader range of services, whereas ours is very specialized and niche. Biggest competitors are the big 4 - Ernst & Young, KPMG, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Delloite.
How would you go about creating a holistic strategy in marketing this company and potentially expanding sales? Any suggestions?
