Specifically:
Looking for headhunters in the following areas of marketing strategy and implementation, business development, traditional and e-business strategies, promototions and campaign management, and even marketing research.

Marcom Choices at https://www.marcomchoices.com/. They are based in SF Bay, so most of the people they work with are in the area and often in tech industries.
