Junior Membership At Country Club

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Can someone please help me with a letter or give me ideas. I work for a private country club. We need to send a letter out to our Junior Members because they are not participating in any of the clubs events and not using the club to it's full potential. Can you please give me some ideas.
Thank you to all in advance for all your cooperation and support.

Given this is a social media-related post, you might do as you're doing here.

Create an online forum (could be on your own site or on Facebook possibly) and simply ask, "What can we do to get you to come to our events...would love to hear your ideas?" .... or maybe even come up with a survey and embed the survey using a survey widget like polldaddy into the blog post.

Then take the feedback and use it to improve your events.

Also, might do a better job of communicating the events and getting on their calendars - a Facebook events message could help there (assuming your audience is on Facebook)

Why not create a special dinner just for the junior members? Let them tell you what they need from the club and what their experiences have been.

How old are your Junior Members?
Are they members de-facto -through their parents?
Have you already held events targeting them?
