I'm looking for a solution to integrate sales and marketing into a proposal system. It doesn't need to be a specific software, in fact, I would prefer something that doesn't require a purchase.
I am creating pdf "modules" to eventually collate into a sales proposal, where sales will choose the appropriate pdfs based on the client's RFP. They will also need to customize the proposals, but I need to have high quality graphics included in the pdfs. Does anyone have suggestions-- Word-> PDF produces awful graphics, as does Powerpoint. I am fluent in Adobe, but that would not help since sales needs to be autonomous.
What can I do that will increase the autonomy/efficiency of the sales dept without sacrificing quality?
I am open to software suggestions that are highly customizable graphically but allow for textual customization on top of that.
Thanks!
