Online Subscription / Billing / Membership Mgt

I am in the process of setting up an online Software as a Service type offering for a B2C business and will need a Subscription, Billing & Promotion Mgt component.

Key things are

Multiple Membership Types (1 user, family etc)
Multiple Billing Periods (Once off, Monthly, Annual etc)
Multiple Simultanuous Promotions (Price, Duration, Both etc)
Integration with Merchant Services
'Easy' integration with CRM system

I am short-listing companies for evaluation. Any thoughts / past experiences ?
