I'm looking for THE "Go-To" book on blogging!
I'm getting ready for the launch of my company's new and improved website and a blog is part of the launch. I am not interested in the "make millions with a blog in one day" type of book. I'm looking for something relevant to business - sales, marketing, SEO, etc. I already have topics outlined and several already written. I've done my research, read the trade mags, great articles on this site, etc. However, I firmly believe knowledge is power and I want to learn more.
I searched Amazon and there are hundreds of books on the subject. I found a couple that I thought were interesting, but I've found it a bit overwhelming to choose. Some of the books were as old as 2004 and I was concerned if they were still "valid" in terms of technology.
Call me old fashioned, but I want REAL book to leaf through, make notes in, copy and distribute to staff, and pull off the shelf whenever I need to.
I know this may be a lot to ask of one book, so I'll definitely consider purchasing more than one!
Any suggestions?
