    My 2 cents:

Does "it" add value to the customer, the brand, the business, and the shareholders? You have to decide which order.

That depends what the organization's objective is. It will be different depending on what success looks like for the company or association or organization.

    Dear philkao

I'm curious as to why you're asking this question? I'm asking this because in your profile you mention you were an Account Director from 2002 until 2005, and a Planning Manager with Bates Asia for the last five years.

Google returns a blank white screen when I click on this link, https://www.batesasia.com/ so I'm not sure what to think.

The heart of marketing decision making? Faith.

    I hope this helps.

INHO the heart of marketing decision making is a proper marketing plan which - acc. to its contents - looks into all areas to be taken into considertaiton - and thus gives you all data, etc. to make a good decision.

    All the best

    Dear All,

I really appreciate your time to respond this.

Dear Gary, thanks for your comment. I want to quickly clarify this. I left BatesAsia in 2006 and no longer with any ad agency. Some time after 2006 (not sure what year) BatesAsia merged with 141Asia so now becomes https://www.bates141.com/.

While not working in marketing/advertising, I was not active at all in the forum since 2006 that's why never update my profile. Will do it shortly.

The reason I ask this question because I've been out from marketing for a long time and want to get updates from experts.

    Again thank you all,
    Phirun
