Cost Of Virtual Event

We are looking to host a virtual all-day event in August 2011. I need to include the approximate cost of a virtual event solution in our marketing budget for 2011, but don't have the time to do my real due dilligence regarding providers at this point. We are looking for something very basic. It is going to be an industry event but is going to be free for attendees. There will be a small exhibit hall for industry associations and then of course webinars and other white papers and such to download. Could anyone give me a ball park?

    I am not an expert at virtual events but because Marketing Profs does such a good job, I wanted to suggest that you contact them directly to see who they use. It may be the quicker way to get your answer. I also following a company on twitter called @inxpo and they are a provider you might want to contact. Good luck!
