Marketing Goal Tracking

Hey guys...need your help. I need a way to track goals...what I'm doing isn't working so well.

I need to track results by events...as many as 3/week and see monthly goals/totals. It wouldn't be about sales figures as much as it'd be about no. of people.

Is there a website or software (ideally, free) that could help me? Any suggestions? Right now, I've just made everything in Excel, and if I'm doing 10 events a month, it gets to be a bit too much. Thanks!

    What type of information are you tracking? Just name of event, date, and number of attendees? Do you need to consolidate or share the info with other people?

    I handle marketing for a Chiropractor. I want to track...
    1. How many people impacted at events
    2. How many of them scheduled
    3. How many kept their appt.
    4. How many came back to go over x-rays
    5. How many signed up for care

    This has to be on and event by event basis, so I'd be able to see from one event, we had 300 people, 100 scheduled, 50 kept appts., etc.

    If there's some kind of website or program out there it'd save me a lot of work trying to redo all my Excel sheets.
