Segmenting Fb Friend Lists

Are there any easy ways to create friend lists segmented by specific characteristics? suppose I have several thousand fans and would like to create a list of the fans who also are fans of a specific competitor?

Do I have to manually look up each fan's profile and add to list one at a time? Or is there a way to do it more efficiently?

Never seen any way to do this myself.

Guess the best you can do is go to the competitor's page and I think it will list who the mutual friends you have are. You would then need to capture their names so you can then somehow note them or add them to a "List".

as FB is constantly updating their features, you can now search among your friends by interest (i.e. their centers of interest)
This way you can create your list based on their liking of one of your competitors.
