Fda Approval For Selling Eggs

We have 14 chickens and we want to kow how to get FDA approval to sell our eggs. We already have liability insurance but we want to know how to get FDA inspection/approval.

    And you think a bunch of marketing folks would know that?

    2. I think it's the USDA that deals with this, not the FDA ... but I'm not the expert.

    3. There may be state or local laws that apply, so you probably ought to check with the state in which you're selling the eggs.

    (OK. So I did a project once in agricultural products.)
