Knowledge Database

Looking for recommendations on a knowledge database "module". I am in the process of developing a new e-commerce website for a b2b environment and I need to include a knowledge database. Can anyone give a recommendations on a knowledge database they are using that they have tied into their website.

    Most modern e-commerce platforms like CoreCommerce or BigCommerce (which you should go with versus developing an e-comm website from scratch) offer built in knowledgebases.
