Product Re-launching Strategy

I need your help in developing and implementing a communication strategy for re-launching a hair dye brand in a new packet and in an improved formula which includes a herbs called Ayurprash. Now tell me what could be the communication strategy, slogan, campaign, advertisement concept etc. any kind of suggestions will be appreciated.

    What you're asking goes way beyond what this forum is set up to do. If this is a serious project that's important to you, let me suggest you post it in the "Hire an Expert" section of this site. There are many here who can do what you are asking -- and very well -- but not in a few hundred words on this forum. Projects like this require high-quality time and attention over several weeks/months.

    I have posted two questions in the forum but there is no one who can give me an idea. you so called experts only can cut and paste. Shame , you don't have any practical idea. you people just copy from other sites and paste your opinion here and gain points this is also one kind of stealing, fraudulent.
