Knowledgebase Management Pro
About a week ago I posted a question about knowledge database recommendation and receive a response from Peter about KnowledgeBase Management Pro and that it was a solution he just implemented. I just sat through the demo and it looks interesting but would really like to see some live examples of it in use. Can anyone send me a link to their website using this solution or give me some solid pros and cons about the software. Would also like insight on the process you implemented to "manage" the database.
