Talk to other chiropractors (or similar types of medical practitioners) that are currently using grocery cart advertising in your area. Find out from them if they saw a benefit to the advertising.

The question is more: What is the BEST advertising for a chiro.

And, does the chiro ask every patient where he/she saw the advertising that caused them to decide to come in.

Depending on where you're located, what the medium costs, and what you're trying to accomplish with the advertising, it might work. Or it might not.

You probably ought to develop a real marketing strategy and use that as the basis for dealing with grocery carts, matchbook covers, billboards, social media and the hundreds of other alternatives open to you.

Are you new to the area? Do you have an active practice now and just want to grow it? Why are you even considering grocery carts? What's the objective? How will you measure success?
