    Is this a help-wanted ad in disguise? A commission-only sales job?

    What exactly would it mean to be a "sound business partner?" Does that mean the partner will also be responsible for any liabilities the company might incur? Are you looking for an investor?

    Or are you looking for someone who can provide the tour packages for you? And what would make the tour packages "reasonable?"
