Individualized Qr Codes For Conf Attendee Badges?

I'm working with an event and I'd like to recommend they use an individualized QR code with each attendee's contact information, and print them on that attendee's conference badge. What are the best systems/programs to do this cost-effectively (bonus if it's easy)?

Which URL will attendees be directed to and why do they
all need individual codes?

Another thing to consider is attendee privacy. Do you have
the right to set up specific pages for each attendee for other attendees to then visit? If you do this, might you be setting yourself up for accusations of invading privacy? What if attendees don't WANT their details broadcast to a wider audience?

I agree with BARQ -- I don't understand how you are going to make this work and why you would do it. If the goal is for networking and exchanging contact info, this doesn't seem like the right solution. I have personally used a QR that points to my LinkedIn profile page, but that doesn't seem feasible in your application. The only solution that might work is if you're printing the badges on the spot and asking attendees to provide you with a URL. Possibly to their LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter page.

Thanks for responding - obviously, I should have included additional information (sorry), but I thought this group would know what I meant.

The QR Codes would not direct to a landing page, they would contain vcard info. Many events have done this, including SXSW. Privacy is not an issue, because the attendee presents his badge to be scanned by a fellow attendee when networking (sometimes, the codes are even printed on the back).
