Organizations, as such do not have skills: people that work IN or FOR organizations have skills.

Similarly, if you're talking about people's specific TRAITS or ABILITIES, then you need to be clearer on what it is you want and what you expect from those people when it comes to them using those abilities.

Your statement (because alas, it's NOT a proper question) needs more flesh on its bones. Help us to help you.

Huh? The question, as others have pointed out, is too vague ... and probably not really related to marketing.

If it's a serious question and you need marketing help, please give us more information and let us know what you need, how you're going to apply our responses, and who the target audience is.
