Usp For Security Company?

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
hi guys i currently run a security company.my old site was a sales copy type site https://sangilisecurityservices.com/ .just a simple site using abit of fear based selling etc.obviously such a site wont be allowed in adwords so i built a new site https://security-singapore.com/ to comply with adwords guidelines etc.

only thing is i dont have a proper usp to focus on to sell my services.any help hugely appreciated.

problems in the security industry

1)most companies hire poor senior citizens so they can pay low and overwork them(12 hour shifts)..they are frail and will never be able to handle a security situation.
its like security for the sake of security on both sides(buyers get cheap security, and security providers get to hire cheap workers)

my personnel are all between the age of 21-35,they arent as cheap as other companies but they are young and fit.

2)all security officers have to go thru a basic government program on the basics of security to get licensed.that is the only training they get til they are deployed for
long working hours for years and shifted from one area to another.

my guys go through compulsory training quarterly to keep them well oiled.Control and Restraint techniques taught by instructors, Psychological techniques to de escalate situations with aggressors( physicality is always a last resort) taught by counsellors and Scenario Based training for their specific security positions are
standard practice for my guys.

would like to create a strong usp with these points in it.any ideas would be hugely appreciated.Any other out of the box usp ideas welcome too.

I think you already have it. Your staff is well trained and ready to handle most situations. Your people have made this their career, this is not a "side job" to them. And they are continually trained to keep their skills sharp. They are professional and know defusing a situation is the goal, not escalating it by thinking they are Rambo's. Now tailor your words to market to your target audience.

I would steer away from bashing the competition-- especially talking about old frail people. Long hours doesn't mean worn out. Also remember young doesn't mean fit.
