Production Printer Help

We a large Marking area in a Fortune 500 Company. We have over 20 designers and one printer. We currently use the HP CM6040f with the finisher. We are not happy with the speed, or the color. We create allot of mock-ups and always have to explain to out clients that the colors may vary. I would like to find an Printer that does it all and handles different paper weights and does booklets. We are also looking for suggestions on large format printers. Any advice would be great!

    Yes, but what model? Why Epson? What made the difference?
