What is it you want to say to the managers and employees? What are the details and how will they affect these people?

    3 paragraphs:

    * introdcution - who you are, set out your credentials

    * main copy - and legal requirements/statments you have to make, what your vision is for the business, any promises you want to make, any immediate changes and/or your expectations of the journey you and they are embarking on

    * conclusion - what's next, the call to action (if there is one), when you'll be in contact again (if you intend to)

Get it checked by a lawyer before you send it.
