Customer Loyalty In Restaurants In India

I am currently doing a research project as a part of my MBA project. my research area is CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN RESTAURANTS IN INDIA. kindly give your views on the same & also share the practices of customer loyalty do Indian Restaurants offer. Also what do the Indian customers expect to stay loyal to any restaurant.
