Alright then, the products divided into IT products such as e-learning courses and Multimedia products such educational C.Ds etc.. The company needs to expand and change its structure, plans, and strategies. How can we start? From where we should start? And what should we do?

The biggest question to ask is "why is this directional change taking place?". What does the company hope to accomplish by changing direction, or what did it fail to accomplish going in the current direction? Until you have these answers, it's pretty hard to decide which direction to go. Then you start asking more questions.

Is there a problem with the target market? Do they have needs these products aren't fulfilling? Or is there a different target market whose needs these products might better fulfill?

Are these products being marketed as completely separate lines? Or as complimentary products to one another? Are they in some way cannibalizing each other?

Are your competitors doing something more successfully than you are?

How do your customers feel about your product?

Are you partnering with companies that can aid in your success or are you going it alone and that's why it's not working?

Until you have the answers to the current basic structure and why it's failing, you can't really look at how to reorganize. Once you understand how the current marketing plan and product placement is failing, you can begin to set new goals, research new markets, update milestones, etc. It's pretty difficult to get any more specific than this given the general nature of your question, but I hope this helps.

If this isn't the type of response you're looking for, then I think we probably need some more information.
