    Hi,

    i think, you have the target audience coming in to your place regularly. Now you just need to workout on some benefit plans which would be cost effective for both - you and customer.

    these benefits could be like
    1. Priority booking
    2. Welcome drink
    3. invitation to yearly fest - organized only for members
    4. Extended happy hrs

    And lots more.. in this entire exercise, focus should be on offering value to the customer..
