How To Import And Become Profitable

2 yrs already we cant able to import flour & cooking oil due to local compititor regarding service, price, quality.. How can we gain profit if the custom are now eating your profit margin & your market is getting taugher to compete..

    Maybe there is no way to enter this market profitably. Have you considered that? If you can't compete on price, quality or service, there isn't much left, is there?

    Marketing is not a substitute for delivering value to your customers. Marketing is the process of uncovering an important unmet need among some segment, and then finding a way to satisfy that need in a way that will benefit both the customer and you.

    So who is your target audience, and what is their most important unmet need? Can you satisfy that need?

    have you the cipper prices? it is possible to renegociate the prices with your provider/s?
    for high quantity your discount must be much better

    Something is missing here. NOBODY can enter the market...or just you? Usually no new entrants means higher prices and eventually you'll break thru.
