I remember this exchange. You might start by talking with the doctors and staff at private practices in your area. Find out from them where they refer their patients now and what you would need to do to become the preferred supplier/recommended service.

Treat your meetings more like information interviews and not sales calls. Ask a few high-gain questions (about what they like/dislike about current solutions) and listen carefully to their responses. Take detailed notes.

After you've had a dozen interviews, review your notes. You'll be amazed at how much good information and insights are contained in them. Then use what you've learned to decide if you can turn your skills, experience and certification into a profitable business venture.
