Targeting Candidates For Weight Loss Center

Hello All
I would like to get some ideas on how we can target / market to candidates for a weight loss center,
outside of the obvious locations; doctor offices, clinics etc.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for both those suggestions; however I feel once you've captured them with your brochure within these locations, how would you capture and maintain them?
    I'm thinking once they're in and have gone through the consultation etc, etc. now its a matter of getting them to join and making them a member - yes/no?
    The key factor is building a member base...
    your thoughts on that...
