Know-How Exchange : Strategy

I hired a third party company to put together a series of case studies. They interview the clients and then write-up the case study. Should I add a line to the case study copy that references that the case study was conducted by an independent consulting firm? Does it add value/credibility for readers? Note: the third party company is not known in my industry.
