Gs1 128 Check Character Caculation?

How to caculated EAN 128 check sum digit after encoding EAN 128 data? I am not familiar with the barcode specification on EAN (GS1) 128.

    The GS1 128 Symbol Check Character shall be calculated according to the following rules. You can goole it for details.

    Right!But I have never caculated GS1 128 check character although I always implment barcode generation. All barcode generator can automatically caculated check character after encoding data in it.
